Theresa Kump Leghorn is the Director of the Donald Baughman Museum of Arts & Culture.
Theresa Kump Leghorn is the Director of the Donald Baughman Museum of Arts & Culture. Leghorn helped create the original exhibit Norman Rockwell in New Rochelle for the Museum’s grand opening in October, 2006, then was hired as Director by the New Rochelle Fund for Educational Excellence in December, 2006.

Theresa Kump Leghorn holds a BA in Art History and Journalism from New York University. Her career includes working as a magazine editor, a freelance journalist, and most recently as marketing and public relations associate for a non-profit organization. In addition, Leghorn has been active in the New Rochelle community as a co-founder of the Partnership for the Huguenot Children’s Library, former Vice President of the Junior League of Westchester on the Sound, Chair of the Friends of Sound Shore Medical Center, and former President of PTA Council. She currently sits on the Boards of the Partnership for the Huguenot Children’s Library, the PTA Council, the League of Women Voters of New Rochelle, the New Rochelle Public Library Foundation, the New Rochelle Arts Council, and is an Advisory Board member of the Westchester Children’s Museum.
